How it's made

From artwork review to shipment preparation.

The process demonstrates signage knowledge without making unsupported factory-ownership or capacity claims.

  1. 01Artwork review

    Review logo files, target dimensions, application and lighting preference before quoting.

  2. 02Shop drawing

    Confirm dimensions, structure, mounting, wiring and installation intent before production starts.

  3. 03Material preparation

    Prepare acrylic, metal, finishes, LEDs and mounting components according to the approved design.

  4. 04Letter or sign construction

    Build the sign body, letter structure or panel system to the confirmed dimensions.

  5. 05LED and electrical assembly

    Install LEDs, wiring and power components for the specified lighting style.

  6. 06Surface finishing

    Apply paint, metal finish, acrylic face treatment or other approved surface details.

  7. 07Illumination test

    Light the sign to review color, brightness and consistency before packaging.

  8. 08Quality inspection

    Check appearance, wiring, mounting components, waterproofing where applicable and packaging condition.

  9. 09Protective packaging

    Pack faces, returns, wiring and accessories to reduce transit risk.

  10. 10Shipment preparation

    Prepare the finished sign and supporting parts for delivery.
